Hunter’s Creek ES places a strong emphasis on involving stakeholders in the creation of its school improvement plan. Regular monthly meetings of the School Advisory Council bring together parents, teachers, and community members to exchange insights and recommendations. This inclusive dialogue ensures the incorporation of diverse viewpoints, contributing to a comprehensive and well-balanced improvement strategy. Furthermore, the school employs surveys and feedback mechanisms to engage stakeholders who cannot attend in-person meetings. By valuing input from all stakeholders, Hunter’s Creek ES establishes a more effective and inclusive school improvement plan that authentically addresses the needs and aspirations of its community.
